1. Acceptance
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to follow these rules when you book or use our cleaning services.
2. Scheduling
Appointments are subject to availability. We may adjust start times by up to 30 minutes.
We try to be on time. Sometimes we may arrive a bit earlier or later.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee up to 50% of the booking value.
Cancel at least a day before to avoid a fee.
4. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
If something goes wrong, we cover up to what you paid for that service.
5. Customer responsibilities
Provide safe access and disclose any hazards. Secure valuables and fragile items in advance.
Please make it safe to work and put away fragile or valuable items.
